Ayushman khurana born on 14 th September 1984 is an actor and singer.He made his acting debut in 2012 in shoojit sarcar ‘s ‘Vicky Donor’ playing the role of a sperm donor.Beside it was a romantic comedy the subject of the film was first time introduced in indian cinema.The film was a big hit and ayushman started stepping up in Bollywood playing different types of roles and entertaining the audience want to watch offbeat movies .
After vicky donor some of his movies ( Nautanki saala, bewakoofiyan, hawaizada are not so successful as the public want something different from him.But in 1915 a film ‘ DUM LAGA KE HAISHAA’ of yashraj films released which goes in favour of Ayushman khurana. This movie is a story of boy who was forced by family to marry an educated but overweight girl.Ayushman fits in the role perfectly performing the problems of middle class person.His co-star was bhumi pednekar.
In the year 2017 ‘Meri pyari bindu’, Bareilly ki barfi, and Shubh mangal savdhan were released.meri pyari bindu was unsuccessful but bareilly ki burfi & shubh mangal savdhan were successful at box office.Shubh mangal savdhan was also an offbeat film based on sex problem of men and ayushman khurana promisingly won the hearts in this movie.
ANDHADHUN and BADHAI HO were released in 2019.BOTH the films are of different categories. ‘ANDHADHUN’ was a thriller film contains everything like comedy, love sex and murder mystery.it reveals the story of a blind man who get caught in a murder.Ayushman khurana justify the role of a blind man in this movie and he receives national award for ANDHADHUN sharing with VICKY kaushal for his film ‘URI’.
Apart from ANDHADHUN BADHAI HO was film of unexpected subject.The story revolves around Ayushman as he has to deal with his friends,relatives and his ex…after his mother get pregnant.This film acqires a huge success.
RIDING on the horse of success Ayushman khurana carry on his journey with a film ‘ARTICLE 15’ everyone must watch in INDIA.AS the film is not to enjoy but it make us to think about where our society and caste differences taking us.The story of article 15 revolves around three teenager girls of small village in Uttar Pradesh,two of them were hanged on a tree after their rape and one girl was missing.How Ayushman solve the mystery its the highlight of this film. In this film he proves that he act well in serious roles as he plays an IPS in this movie.
In ‘DREAM GIRL’ ayushman plays the role of a person who is able to transform his voice to a woman voice .
In ‘ BALA’ ayushman performs the role of a bald man who is struggling with his baldness.
